About the SPBL Trail Master Plan Update and EIR/EIS

The Santa Paula Branch Line Trail Master Plan Update and Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statement (EIR/EIS) focuses on planning the phased implementation of approximately 27-miles of bicycle and pedestrian trail, and its associated improvements, along the existing railroad right-of-way from Saticoy Depot to Piru.
