The Rock Hill – Fort Mill Area Transportation Study (RFATS) is committed to enhancing road safety for everyone in Rock Hill, Tega Cay, Fort Mill, The Catawba Nation, eastern York County, and the panhandle of Lancaster County.

RFATS is developing a Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Comprehensive Safety Action Plan (CSAP). This plan aims to create a safer, more accessible and reliable transportation network for all users of the transportation system.
