The Countywide Transportation Master Plan (CTMP) will establish a shared vision for mobility across all modes — driving, walking, biking, transit, freight, and emerging technologies. The CTMP is being developed to address near-term needs and prepare Palm Beach County for growth through 2050.

Establishing a strategic direction for Palm Beach County’s Countywide Transportation Master Plan (CTMP) is essential to guiding investments through 2050. The CTMP requires a framework to reflect regional needs, align with federal and state requirements, and support a long-term vision for a safe, connected, and resilient transportation system. The final CTMP goals, objectives and performance measures will be informed by federal performance-based planning requirements, statewide priorities, and vetted through an extensive countywide stakeholder engagement process including IPARC 2.0+.
